loosinisfun's Logboek, 05 jan 10

gooooooood mornin everyone...just wakin up once again...slept alittle bit longer this morning then usual...did several errands yesterday along with part of a jullian michaels dvd workout an inside walk...have several errands to do again today...oil change, going to the store...remembering to leave the pies on the shelf at the store...lol...and i will as i kno they are something that i just dont need...like most bad things that i use to eat, i just have to remember that i cant have them anymore...unless i want to work off the weight that i have already lost once before...i feel like for the first time in a very long time im more focused on what i want to achieve again...i feel like i did when i first started on this journey to workin off the weight...a feeling that i needed to get back on track and back into that healthy lifestyle of keepin on track an eating healthier foods...all i can do is my best...but i also have to remember that eatin the food that i once ate is no longer an option if i plan to succeed...an i do plan to get more weight off once again this year...i can see a new me by summer time...i just have to see me as i want to be by summer and stay in the same eating habits and exercising and it will happen...simple as that...i am slimming...and i am moving it...have a great day..time to eat, and then get up an movin have a great day and keep focused on what you want to achieve...

im movin it...movin it today...been out on errands..so far today...got oil change in suv, got gas, went to store...proud of myslf for passin by them vienna sausages again today..lol...nope didnt pick up any thing i shouldnt have, no pies either...left there..drove thru the drive thru at pharmacy and then stopped at place to get kerosene for heater, just in case power should happen to go off...now im home eating..an gettin ready to head out once again..did all of that in 2.5 hours...now headed to wally world to get that over with for the week as well...no temptations on my list...then after walmart, headed to an inside place to do my daily walk...i feel so focused on what i want to achieve once again...and im MOVIN IT...IM MOVIN IT...lol...

went to do my inside walk..place has changed their hours and so not afternoon walk, but still gonna do a dvd workout just to keep it movin...yeap your right..im on a mission...
