All you folks are on Keto diet and losing weight? I've been on for 2 months, in ketosis, and haven't lost a pound . What am I doing wrong?

wexcpa....you may not be eating enough fat....... check your macro numbers here: http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/
this will show you the macros that you should be following..for your weight and body fat numbers...it worked for me!!!

I keep within range: 70% fat, 23% protein, 7% carb. I keep the carbs under 20 grams net. and the calories between 1200 and 1400. It's been 2 months. I'm in ketosis according to the dip stick, but the scale isn't moving. How long does it take until you see results? BTW that link to the veto calculator didn't work, but I had already calculated my macros on a different website when I first started. I'm jealous, you are doing so well!
