I joined TOPS online on Dec 5, 2009. The online website did not do much for me because the website is not very user-friendly. I had trouble understanding the message board.
On Jan 4, 2010, I went to an actual TOPS meeting and joined there. Because I travel so much, I really don't know if this was wise, but I'll give it a shot.
Today, I found a message on the TOPS message board about this website and decided to try it.
