I never know how accurate my scales are and really not sure about the fat and tbw% that it shows but as long as it shows improvement I'm happy. Had trouble logging food as I've decided I'm going to follow slimming world, it fits in easier with my life at the moment so we've been alternating between their meal ideas and clearing the freezer. I'm finishing off what's left of my shakes for breakfast and have been walking every morning with the 2yr old.
I checked my BMI and it's dropped from 30.3 to 29.8...yay!
This week the scale says 160lb 35.6% Fat 44.2% TBW
