I`m sad not to have carried on the good work, struggled after a very heavy weekend. looking forward to making up for it.

Now Rocky... I'm telling you what I tell myself... we are not fantastically overweight. I've got a wobbly yum and I hate it. We can do this and it ain't gonna be easy.. nothing ever is. Keep going and think that you can come here and vent your frustration

Thankyou for your support, yes i will keep going and staying positive and working on getting my wobbly tum back to something that resembles a belly that i had a few years ago :)

Mike.. the roast was just Fab. You could smell it around the house up until the evening. A good meal and it was loaded with vegetables. Yorkshire pudding and gravy as well. But I had to make it a smaller portion . Oh dear
