the WW 'weekly' points are pissing me off. I feel like they give me too much wiggle room. I want a strict plan LOL. Needless to say Ive gone thru 3/4 of them since my reset on Thursday but its been on all decent foods. No crap other than a bloody mary on Sunday .. and a beer , ok two beers.. thats what did it but I enjoyed a nice afternoon with DH. At least I "reset" on Thursday so I can be good till then. Im been logging every thing for real.. and planning ahead as much as I can . Just bought another round of salad stuff and fresh fruit . (insert happy feeling here) .. Cheers every one !

WW sounds way more colourful :), and if their weekly points p** you off, devide them by 7 = your daily allowance and then reduce them by a couple of points?

With any plan, you have to customize it to something that works for you. You'll get it figured out.

bdm.. im working on getting there, where I dont need my extra points, This week I used them on booze mainly (impromptu date with DH) . My goal is to pretend I dont have them starting this week when I reset on Thursday. I like was schmetter says about dividing them up. DH's bday is this week and so Im use some extra then.. but thats it.. I want/have to track everything "for real" for this to work.

I could never eat all the points when I did WW....and unfortunately, the points I did consume weren't always the best...I am like you...I need total structure and accountability. You will figure it out....there are just too many successes not to. I'm in your corner.
