Just weighed this morning and gained 2 pounds in the last 6 days. I figured I'd gain at least a pound. I think I got a bad cold or possibly the flu. No energy, will power ebbing, worried about damage from Hurricane Matthew ( not really that bad, some roofing has to be replaced ) just not myself. Have not been walking or exercising. But the good thing is I'm back on track as of today. Already done some weight exercises, chopped down a couple stumps. Back eating as I should. Wish me well, as I do all of you on Fatsecret.
