Put the weight right down on the floor on each rep. Actually it feels easier because you get a slight rest instead of stopping just above the floor - we'll see. Not a lot of volume today but a good weight.

Really good pump in the biceps today.

Overall a good return to the gym. I really needed that rest and I feel nicely motivated again to get back working out.
