one of my ferrets died last night and I'm considering drowning my sorrow in a box of See's chocolates that one of our vendors sent over the other day. Worse part is I'm not even hungry or craving chocolate. :(

I'm sorry about your pet. It's hard. But go for a walk instead. Watch a funny movie. Do something to lift your spirits. When we get stressed, our cortisol levels get raised which makes us crave sugar.

Sorry about your pet, I love animals myself, they bring great joy, especially when your children & grandchildren are not near by.
Damn that See's candy! I ate a 1/2 pound box yesterday. I have been there 4 times in the past week & I always have to get "samples". I kept thinking of new people I could give it to for Xmas, whether intentionally or not, knowing that meant treats for me!
