I really don't understand why I am not still losing and why I gained a pound. I havent really done anything wrong. I've been following my diet. I am going to try to up the exercise a bit

It does get frustrating. Just keep analyzing what you are eating and how much exercise you are getting in. I know why I've had my recent gain (too many of those lil bags of chips...ugh). I could have one lil handful of chips here and there and it didn't affect my weightloss; however, in the past few weeks, I've had at least one of those sneaky lil snack bags every night and that adds up fast! Now they are gone and not coming back into the house (I really do know better). As far as your idea for added exercise, I don't think there is anything wrong with that and it really can't hurt. :) Hang in there, Sarah and keep doing what you are doing (you've been doing great so far!).
