Hi Lisa. I've only been using it about a month myself but find it better than my previous slimming club. Rather than stuffing my face with "free" foods, I'm now very aware of how many calories I'm consuming each day - it's scary how much crap is in a small bicuit! I have off days where I can't log for various reasons but I work out for 1-2 hours every day so I don't feel too guilty. I'd already list a stone on my own when I joined and I'm losing 1-2lbs a week. Keep at it.
