loosinisfun's Logboek, 08 jan 10

gooooooood mornin everyone...snow is over..think we got between 3-4 inches...if that...was powder an fine...wind sure was strong yesterday when i was out tryin to clean off the drive..now its just down right cold...gonna head out later to clear it off once again if it needs it...have a 10 foot patch that i didnt even try to clear cause its always so ruff where the concrete is messed up...back is fine today ..was just tired from being out 2x to clear off the drive yesterday...using back muscles that hadnt been used for some time...ate alot of stuff yesterday afternoon after the workout, just couldnt seem to find the right foods to take care of what i burned off...even ate a whole sleeve of crackers, but drank 4-5 bottles of water to try an flush it out ...not showin any gain today...so maybe my mindless eating wont show up...todays plan is to get out an hopefully ther will be someplace open that i can walk inside, even walmart would work...long as i can get my steps in for the day...well...need to get up an get this day started...have a greattttttttt day everyone...an enjoy the day best you can ....lol..

Great exercise and when you haven't done it for awhile, it is hard work and you feel it. You probably burned tons of calories! Glad to hear your back is fine. Enjoy your walk. Have a fabulous day!

just got my exercise for the morning 45 min of shovelin drive an sidewalk off once again...all i want is higher temps so i can go walkin in the mornings once again...

Higher temps comin early next week for you - I see that on the national forecast....above average they say...Good you got your exercise in...I'm still waitin' to ditch this cast before I can walk again but it's in my near future....! huggies...and have a good one!

Congrats on the exercise! Wow, that's a LOT of shoveling! Yeah...spring would be nice. Maybe the colder weather will make the metabolism run faster. :) I know all the exercise your getting will.
