I am not surprised by the small increase. It is still within my maintenance, but I do also have a reason.
I had to make a last-minute trip to Ecuador last week (and came back this week). My dad moved out there a couple of years ago, after marrying a woman who lives down there (he was a pilot, so flew to Ecuador a lot). Anyways, he has been battling cancer for awhile, and his wife messaged us last week saying we needed to come down (we being my brother, two sisters, and myself). We did, and made it in time. He passed away on Tuesday. So, I spent a lot of time in the hospital, and eating whatever Abuela (my dad's mother-in-law) made us. I didn't workout, I didn't care what I ate, I just spent time with family, and not getting a lot of sleep.
I am now back home, caught up on sleep, and worked out for the first time in almost a week and a half.
