alrightalrightalright I'm back! I've been MIA lately, so my food/exercise journals are blank, but I have been keeping mental notes of my calorie intake. I just haven't had the opportunity to input it all online (my darn phone is broken so I can't use the app either).
I've really noticed that when I have the opportunity to exercise, I stop stabilizing and start dropping weight. I haven't exercised in a few days and I've been hovering at 138.5ish again. At least I'm not gaining! I have SO much running around to do the next two days, that I'm afraid I won't be able to get a workout in. I'm realizing that I need to put working out a the top of my priority list. I have about 3 loads of laundry to do tonight, so while I'm getting those done I will do a P90x workout! PLYO, HERE I COME!

Oh, and I'm really dying to get my progress bar to turn from yellow to green...
