Shelm's Logboek, 23 dec 11

Well I have proven for myself once again that everyone is different in regards as to what kind of intake or better said, the lack there of, is required to loose weight. I was stagnate for 10 days at my 1200 or less daily average..It wasn't until I dropped that below a 900 average that things started moving again. So all you guys and gals that think you have to eat some sort of minimum amount to loose weight I NO LONGER LISTEN TO....lol

Now where did I put my whip as the beatings will continue till moral around here improves...;)
