Said no to a gourmet burger today! It's been three days of starting anew with the goal of attainable life eating habits change. Now I feel like I'm really on it. Burgers are my downfall. JUst said no because I've actually had half a burger yesterday (Still managed to stay within 1500 kcal, though : D) I'm aiming to reduce my portions, make as many healthy food choices as possible but still savour fatty foods once in a while(read burgers)(not soda or fruitty drinks though. Those I'd like to cut out of my life forever!)
