Well Christmas did me in, I can feel the 10 pound gain already...LOL It was fun to ease up a bit and enjoy it all with family though. How do you not eat the chocolate gifts you were given by your kids or your wife's Pumpkin and apple pie after all....you don't want to hurt other peoples feelings ...LOL
