Mimi, I really enjoyed watching this and thank you for sharing it with me. Yesterday you and I discussed living a long quality life. I have been striving to live each and every day with VIM and VIGOR. I loved the 100 plus year old Grandmother holding her great, great, great Grandchild and how GREAT for them both!
