Well this is a happy day for me! Scales are showing less than 143lbs, so I'm going to use the 'restart my diet' option, with a goal weight of 135lbs, which is my final goal 😁😁😁 At last!!!!!! And it's a sunny day here, so I feel like singing, and I think it's going to be ......

Back home after a very long afternoon of rehearsing for the Christmas show, and completely knackered, but lifted by reading all your lovely and entertaining comments.
