I had mixed 1 cup of frozen blueberries with 1/2 cup yogurt yesterday for part of our breakfast this morning. Neither my Husband or I could eat it as the blueberries tasted old and had super thick skins... absolutely disgusting. So I quickly made some Oatmeal.
I weigh in on Mondays so I am looking forward to next Monday. I also take measurements of my body. Does anyone else do measurements as well as weight?
Does anyone look up workouts on Pinterest? I am currently doing "Brazen Fit 24-days AB Challenge". I am on Day 3... I am trying hard to not look at days 8 through 24... LOL. We will see if I am able to complete this challenge.
