34 days until my 34th birthday.
I weighed myself this morning (but didn't log it), I've got 11 lbs to lose to meet my goal of 163 for my birthday.
The power was out last night when I got home from work. Hubby wanted to go out for Chinese food. I indulged. Was feeling pooey this morning (no wonder with all the carbs last night); so I stopped and got a breakfast sandwich and soda. This is the cycle; eat crap, feel like crap... eat more crap, feel like crap... this is why it is so hard. Re-doubling my efforts, 11 lbs in 34 days isn't so bad. I need to start walking again and I need to get more water. MOAR WATER!!! I have not been prepping in the evenings. This is KEY for me. I've got to prep. I'm making a grocery list and I will be stopping after work to get some lunchy bits, snacks and easy dinners.
Good note: I've got most of my Christmas shopping done (yea cyber Monday); and the few gifts I still have to get... I know what I'm getting.
