Pay day meal out last night.... NOT A GOOD IDEA! So today I will jump on the exercise bike twice! But I was honest and shared it ALL. It's quite cold here this morning so I am looking forward to getting on the bike and warming up a bit. What is everyone else doing for exercise today?
