Well, it started off well. Then as usual went completely downhill. With Mother-in-Law not being well, she's 89, my Mom not being well, she's 84 and running between the houses, you grab what you can. Then add on work and house issues (Plummer will be here soon), I gained. It's not excuses, just the way it is. So, I will start again trying to find time to eat right and exercise. I always loved how they say, "you've got to find time for you"! How? Tell my Mom-in-Law, I'm sorry you'll have to wait for your meds and soup, I've got to go work out. Tell the boss, well the project will have to wait, I didn't have a healthy meal and a walk in at lunch. So now it's Saturday, a day of cleaning, laundry, shopping (food and Christmas), then tonight going back to the Mom-in-Laws, so tomorrow I can do the same at her house. Then Monday it's back to work. I know it sounds all "poor me", but it's not it's my life. However, I'm not discouraged, I'm not giving up. I'll try to eat right today, and besides I think walking around shopping burns some calories!
