I have lots of food intolerances from digestive issues (Herniated Esophagus, and substantial gastritis- the Esophagus is a genetic issue).
So, my largest meals are Breakfast and Lunch with snacks in between and a light dinner.
I do not eat Any Grains, Legumes, Lentils.
Im completely intolerant of all common veggies 60+ (tomatoes, onions, carrots, avocado, green beans, potatoes, egg whites, all preservatives, watermelon, bell peppers, cilantro, parsley, mustard, and on and on).
My every Meal consists of 2-3 Cups of Dark Green Veggies (Broccoli, Cabbages, Kale, Spinach, Collard Greens, Mustard Greens, and cauliflower) - snacks consist of Radishes, cucumber, a varity of nuts and always (with every meal, Healthy oils) for me i cookwith Ghee and Red Palm Oil - and add cold Pressed Sesame Oil to My Raw Snacks
