Just had breakfast: 1/2 collard greens, 1 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup kale, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 garlic clove, pinch of salt, 2 Tablespoons Ghee, 1 Tablespoon Red Palm Oil and added 35 grams of Raines after everything was cooked to a bright dark green. I didnt feel like egg yokes or meat this morning.... had a hankering for a bit of sweet. Next, im making a cappuccino :-))
