Happy New Year FS Community. 71.2 pounds down, 43.6 to goal. I have went from a size 22 to a 12 since June 1st, 2016. My goal is to be 150 pounds bt May 28th 2017. Everyone her in the FS community are amazingly supportive and helpful. We all have the same goals. Lose weight to be healthy and maintain. Once I get to goal, maintenance will be the tough part. I have always fell way short in the maintenance part. At my age...I have learned this is the key to success for a healthy lifestyle. I really believe this app has been my saving grace and the members my strength when I feel weak.
