Hello all and a happy new year! I joined this site to lose 14 lbs, which I did. A few have crept on over Christmas so I must loe those again! I thought I'd give a lower carb/sugar (but still low calorie) diet a go this time. Though low calorie worked for me OK. Hope you are all well. It will be nice to catch up!
