Ok no more holidays to worry about to mess up my diet. I'm back to counting calories and cutting back on my alcohol again. I have been 230 since October I am steal leaning out and I swear my shoulders have grown. But I have about about 20-25 pounds to go. If I could lose those last pounds I should be completely ripped by the summer. My Dead-lift rack pulls are up to 500X10. I'm loving life rite now and I feel great, getting compliments all the time now. Cant stop now got to get ready for beach weather.
