Still feeling determined, mostly due to the encouragement of the wonderful people on this site.
I am going to try and only weigh myself once a week with the hope that over a week if I keep being sensible about what I eat I should manage to lose something. I hope this will be the incentive I need to carry on which will help to improve my health and mobility
