loosinisfun's Logboek, 17 jan 10

goooooooooood sunday mornin..eatin was outta control yesterday ...todays a new day with new choices...and its also cook food ahead day today..gotta cook some chicken ahead again for my breakfasts...went to brians yesterday morning to help him move some trucks around in his garage, his stepson was gonna bring out his truck to store, an he had to move some of his trucks around to make room...was a sloppy mess using a 4x4 to pull 2 different trucks outta the garage an then shovenin them back inside on different parts of the building...glad its his yard an not mine...but a good workout ...feet felt like i had them in ice once i got inside an got the heater on them...then once i got home ..just couldnt seem to get warm...i get like that when i get really tired...got under the covers on the bed an finally got warm once again...ate some hot soup an that seemed to help also..but added salt to me as well...todays plan is to go outside an get on the stationary bike once or twice today an peddle my way to no where...its been gettin up in the 30 to 40s...so would be some exercise for me...just so hard this time of year to stay committed to the cause...havnt been meditating like i was an im sure thats part of the motivational part of it all as well...so easy to get outta the healthy habit of it all...well...gonna get up an get this day started...slept in this morning...i think mom is still sleepin...lol...have a greatttttttt day everyone...

Good to cook some things ahead so when you open the fridge - you have something all ready for a snack/meal... Make some of your jello with fruit...YUMMMM!! Good lookin' graph there...you broke a milestone!! Congrats!! Have a good and focused day....huggggies...D

You are so right about this year being a tough time of the year. Mother Nature taunted us today with some pleasant temperatures but we probably have lots more bad weather coming. You and I must continue to work hard to saty IN CONTROL when we are indoors for our exercise and when when we are near food all day. Keep the faith Buddy!
