So as hobby and to generate a bit of income, I review food places.

I generally always check nutritional information before I go anywhere and make my choices in advance.

I had a milkshake with lunch. I couldn't find the nutritional information before but with some hunting I found some when I got back - 700 calories! I nearly fainted! I'm going to the pub tonight but staying on the water.

700 CALORIES! I've made roast dinners with less! xx

My guess is most of that was sugar? Are you bouncing off the ceiling yet?

I had a lecture afterwards and could hardly sit still! Booked two gym classes and going to do an hours walk too tonight! xx
