JoelPH's Logboek, 15 jan 17

BINGE: very odd few days, didn't eat enough at the start of the week and the hunger caught up leading to binge eating on Wed, thu, Fri and yesterday. I need to get back to some excersise and three round meals again. Today should be fine but scared to get on the scales tomorrow morning... I think the 198.5 lbs will have crept back over 200.
