Man this feels like a diet and I hate it. I want to lose weight and I have to find a way to make this work for me without it feeling like a diet. I am losing weight, now I need to lose the attitude that has me in the shape I am in now.
90,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 28,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Keep thinking in terms of long term & not short term (diet). The way you are eating now should be how you plan to eat for life. Diets never are long term, neither is the weight loss. I realized that weight watchers is the only way I'll disipline myself to make better choices & eat my veggies. When I'm not on it, I just make bad, fattening choices. One day you'll get there. Keep thinking - this is how I want to eat for life, and treat yourself once a week, will make it more long term. The more restrictive the less likely will it become long term. Before you know it you'll teach yourself to love salads. About a year ago I started out at 208. Glad to be buddies :-)
