(DAY 2)
Well, the good news is that it was much better than what my old "normal" days use to be. Nevertheless...
NOTES FOR TOMORROW!
- Eat breakfast! oatmeal probably...a egg and fruit...just something! - Try to eat meals/snacks more regularly throughout the day. Shoot for 3-4 meals tomorrow. Eventually, probably 5 meals/day. This should brings my cals/day to a more realistic level. - No fried foods. I got weak today, but stop it! - Again, watch the amount of daily cheese - Work in some tomatoes - Be careful with the salad condiments - Again, no workout activity today. Yes, the day was kind of busy, but not that busy. Be honest with yourself, stop the BS. Start small...15-20 minutes, anything...just start! NO excuses for tomorrow's journal. - Good job with the water - keep that up

I had a few chicharrones this morning, nothing else so far besides coffee. Breaking old habits is hard, but worth it.

All great ideas! :) I need to watch the amount of cheese, too...love the stuff!

I love cheese! I would put it on everything if I could but I know better. I've figured out that some things taste just fine without it. Stay strong!

Wow, Phil, you must have a very interesting story. Do you have a website/blog going into more detail?
I think I'm most interesting in 'how' you broke bad habits? What were your triggers or breaking points to make changes?

Yes, the incredibly wide variety of cheese here (Germany) seems to be a way of life (and bread!) so it is constantly teasing me wherever I go!

Oh, I would be in serious trouble, lol!

I thought about trying to monetize my weight loss, but Dr. Jason Fung is so much more qualified and articulate than I am that I don't even try to compete. Visit dietdoctor.com for everything you want to know.

Cheese and pretty much all dairy are diet killers for me. I just can't seem to digest it well and as far as I know, I am not lactose intolerant. Are you doing paleo or LCHF? I agree with Phil... Dr. Jason Fung and Diet Doctor are great places to start.
