I have complete week 1 of the Lose Weight in 8 exercise plan - meaning I have done all 3 exercises. They seem to do what they claim - work all parts of the body dynamically in curcuit training style. All three are very different: Athletic Training features regular style exercises with interesting core exercises; Agility X featuring kick boxing in between creepy-crawly floor exercises named after animals; and, finally, Yoga Sculpt with yoga poses using weights. I fudged my way through them all, keeping up fairly well with the exception of the full body push-ups and the crab exercise. Lots of room for improvement, but not so difficult that I will want to give up. That's good news. However, the yoga yesterday combined with 3 hours of doubles tennis has left my muscles quite tight today!
