Feb. 3. Ok, almost 1 lb down, and back to last Monday's weight: 225. Let's see if I ca do 2 lbs this week. I am buying fish more often. I should have done that before. Anyone noticed fish to make a difference? Wonderful, happy Friday to all my FS friends!
