ok I'm not weighing in due to didn't eat very well this weekend. Went to a halloween party and drank to much. put on alot of the weight i lost. So here is a question where do you get motivation when your a stay at home mom, child care provider and your at home all day and trying not to eat the junk? I can't seem to get the motivation to run on the tread mill. I love to run out side but thats hard to do when it gets dark so early. I'm not afraid of the dark but I live up in the mountains and don't want the critters to get me. run with my dog but he's a lab that is a whimp. not sure what to do to get me going in the correct direction.
