I gave into the Holidays and December birthdays. So I had been doing horribly. I am Back on track again though. I do not want to be 245 lbs. ever again! My current goal for the next month is to get to 200 lbs. :) I think that is reasonable. All those yummy birthday cakes, and rich holiday food was good but not going to be missed. What I have missed was exercising regularly! I have missed that feel good feeling you get after eating healthy and having a great work out! I have forgiven myself for slipping. Now it's time to start fresh again :) I love me and I'm gonna take care of me!
