I just ordered bacon grease online. (I didn't know I could do that) I have not been getting a lot of fat from my bacon lately, it seems that it gets leaner every time I cook it. I'll get a pack of ends and pieces and render it out also. Real bacon bits for a fraction of the normal price and hopefully a lot of fat to cook in. No mct oil today so I'll see if it was that in a day or two. I could be one of those freaky people that don't do well on it. I got my Collagen Hydrolysate today and tomorrow I try it in my coffee. It's supposed to help with tightening skin in the long run. Even if it doesn't it should still help with my nails and hair and maybe sleep. :) If it helps I'll journal it later. It will take at least a month to see results at least. I've been trying to avoid all political journals here. I'm over politics on this site. I discuss things with all types of people all day and do not need it here. I'm here for weight loss tips, ideas, and support or if I have questions. I don't mind them when it's just writing since they are easier to skip over. But I do LOVE to see everyone's pictures of weight loss, food, and what motivates you!

You can order bacon grease?? It shouldn't surprise me...you can get pretty much anything you can imagine online. LOL! Great post.

The internet is becoming like the old Neiman Marcus. If you want it, they could get it for you. LOL! Bacon grease! That's nuts. Funny you said that, though, but I noticed some of my bacon had hardly any grease too.

I LOVE my pressure cooker! My homemade bone broth is used often now vs almost never made the old way of making it. A few hours vs a few days.
