No weight loss today. That's fine, I started IF yesterday and hope to see some results kind of soon. It's supposed to work well with a keto woe.

My bacon grease comes tomorrow, I can't wait. I ran out and haven't felt like making bacon to get some more. Besides I get less and less fat from bacon lately. Bacon is getting leaner than me. I'm working on that.

I ordered a weighted vest to use as I lose weight. It was reasonable on the Wallyworld website. I figured for every 15 lbs I lose I will replace with 5. It should keep up the extra calorie burn during exercise. I only ordered the 20lbs adjustable one but I run a tackle shop and can switch out the steel sand bags with lead if I want to down the road. I don't plan to start using it until I get down a little more. When I get to about 225 I'll start using it. My knees won't thank me otherwise (even though I have no knee problems) If I decide further down the road that I love using it I may upgrade. But that is at least 6+ months out and gives me time to find a sale/discounted/clearance one that is heavier. The price jump is crazy from 20lbs to 40lbs (or higher, ouch!)
