Kat86's Logboek, 11 jan 12

Agh… I feel like I’m hungry and I’m not but I wasted my lunch calories on 2 small bagels with marmite as thought I was rushing out to a meeting and wasn’t going to have time to eat anything and instead the meeting has been cancelled. Went out looking for some prunes and instead ended up buying some weight loss tea that is supposed to help suppress your appetite. Got on the scales today just to check in but dotn actually have to do it till Monday and nothing yet however am not too disheartened as first week back at the office and its that time of the month and know that can add weight to you.

I keep on setting my alarm to go off at like 6.15 am so I can do zumba in the mornings before work but keep on putting it off instead. HOWEVER tomoz morning am defo going to do it as once im up I know ill be ok. Just got to get there. Hope to do the zumba 5 times a week so will get up and do 20 mins during the working week and then have the weekend off… good plan hey… if only I can now get up!
