This is the most I've ever weighed and I'm more depressed than usual. Being under severe financial strain is also contributing to my stress.
I ate mostly vegetables until about a week ago, have been unable to go grocery shopping, and eating whatever was already available in the house.
I drink too much to cope with my depression, something I know is unhealthy, and have been successfully cutting back on alcohol. I used to drink one or two bottles of wine a night, and now drink half of one, or less. In cutting back on alcohol, I also know that I cut back on calories.
