loosinisfun's Logboek, 13 jan 12

goooooood friday morning once again...18 outside ...with a wind chill of 8...bbbbbbbbbrr...we finally had snow yesterday..only about an inch if that...and wind to go along with it...further west of us...its worse i guess..they are showing where the schools are closed..so guess we was just on the edge of the storm...i stayed in most of yesterday..so no exercise once again....the difference about this year an last...im watching my weight closer...watching what i eat...an getting back on track of what i should be eating quicker...im noticing that im hybernating again this year..cause i just cant seem to get warm enough regardless of how many layers i put on...even in the house i find that im wearing long sleeve sweatshirts just to feel warm...something that in past years i use to wear short sleeve shirts...an be just about right...guess its not completely about working off the weight...but a getting older thing...well..gonna get up from here...an make the bed...an go an set breakfast up...get this day started once again with my cup of green tea...mabye it will put some warmth thru my bod...have a great one..

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. I AM HEALTHIER BECAUSE I CHOSE TO CHANGE TO CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE AND WHAT I EAT...
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5. I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. BEING CONSISTENT IS WHAT WORKS!!!

Morning Loosin..I think the older we get the cold bothers us more..may be that our skin is getting thinner as well..not to mention we have lost the fat that was like insulation..Take care my friend and stay warm..Its cold out there...:O)
