today was my biggest eating day all week. pretty upset with myself - especially after lunch... didn't follow my special k diet as i have all week. but, exercised a total of 4 hours today - 2 different workouts and 2 walks - hope it help me! :( BACK ON TRACK TOMORROW!!!
