Hi All! It has been WAY TO LONG since I last was on here, but I am back now and I am ready to get rid of the weight! I am sad to say that I have gained some weight back, but not as much as I thought I would! I know that I can take it off and keep it off, just need to get back on track and make it happen! I started back with Phase I yesterday, it was tough, but I did it! I just need to concentrate on me now and get all the weight off! With the holidays and the loss of my dog it has been rough and I have turned to food for comfort, but I am going to do this.....I have faith!
Yesterday was good. Breakfast ~ I had a banana and 2 egg whites Snack ~ yogurt Lunch ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing Snack ~ 10 pretzels (I know this isn't allowed, but I needed something and tough it wouldn't kill me) Dinner ~ rice and sauteed veggies Snack ~ 1/2 of an orange & 1/2 a banana. I drank water, but not as much as I should have...so need to push more on that!
Today Breakfast ~ grapefruit Snack ~ banana Lunch ~ rice and sauteed veggies Snack ~ yogurt Dinner ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing
Goal for today is to drink more water!!!!! I think so far I am doing good...I am really hoping that I can succeed with this again, I was very please with my results last time and I am striving for great ones again!
