No manatees today. It's a little too warm and they are going back to their normal waters. Oh well, I can kayak with them now. I got stuck for 2 hours in traffic for a whole 5 miles and my car's a/c decided it wanted to not work. I knew there was a problem and had already gotten the thing to fix it but hadn't yet. Mistake!
I have pics but they won't let me post them now. Feet in the water and a beautiful day and a nice mile long walk on the beach.

I didn't feel like cooking so I ran to KFC. Yes, you can eat low carb at KFC. Grilled chicken and green beans (I don't like their green beans so I ate my zuppa toscana for the cauliflower and kale) It's not bad, not as good as the other chicken they have but acceptable if you don't want to cook.

I just realized I got a little bit of sunburn. I expect a jump in weight tomorrow. Sunburns make your body retain extra water until it is healed. I didn't plan to stay out as long as I did, or walk as much as I did on the beach. It didn't help I stopped to talk to some tackle customers of mine (they were fishing) for 30/40 minutes. This is why I keep sunscreen in the car but it doesn't help if you forget to put it on.

I eat low carb at Popeyes all the time.. chicken is a great "fast" food in my book.. I was wondering if anyone else did that .
