Hedder52's Logboek, 27 jan 10

So far so good.....I am feeling pretty good about things right now and am really hoping that I get good results at my weigh in. I am using tonight as my off night from exercising..we have a hockey game to go to and I won't have time...but eating is going really well for me.

Breakfast ~ 2 egg whites and a light and fit yogurt
snack ~ orange
Lunch ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing
snack ~ Not sure yet, we will see what I can find
Dinner ~ rice and sauteed veggies
WATER....WATER....WATER!!!!

Sad to say that I ate some chips and cheese last night...I was hungry at the game so I took some of my hubbies, but only a few...so that is ok..hopefully!!!
