Up and down with water weight for a couple days. Fingers are swollen today...ugh. Organic non GMO corn chips are still corn chips with too much salt. I made quinoa meatloaf last night but had no onion, peppers or veggies to add so it's beef, quinoa, parm cheese, ketchup, adobo sauce, eggs, worcesteshire and some brown sugar. Now that I look at it written down, not such a great thing. Salt and sugar unnecessarily added. And no veggies!

A good friend is about to embark on cutting carbs out and adding more veggies. This is something I know I should do and what another good friend, who is a nutritionalist, told me to do. Cut the white crap out of my meals and then I'll lose weight. She also told me what to eat before and after my workouts in the a.m. so my body will start losing weight, since I was eating nothing (dumb I know...no clue why I did that).

I can tell my determination is almost ready to take the step my friend is about to. I cleaned out my pantry and fridge this weekend, getting rid of stuff I haven't eaten and shouldn't eat. The only thing missing from this plan is making a food plan. I can't seem to sit down and make one. I always find something else that is 'more important' to get done. But what's more important than a thought out food plan I can follow to reach a multitude of goals I have set for myself? If I don't, then I'm setting myself up to fail...why? A question my SWWD ladies can help me with I'm sure. :-)
