today i finally exercised. i was supposed to on friday and monday. but friday, mom didn't feel well and for some reason, my sister and niece also did not want to exercise. maybe it got very late. anyway, i should have but didn't.
then on monday, my mom was tired again and my sister got a very bad cut on her arm. we had to take her to the urgent care and that took forever! she had to get 12 stitches and a tetanus shot. by the time we got done, it was really too late. we hadn't even had dinner yet.
sister and niece went to get mom this evening, but i just got the call from mom that they are just leaving the grocery store (!) and are too pooped to exercise. good thing i didn't wait for them! it gave me the chance to do the one i prefer to do, which is the 20 minute south beach super charge work out.
so, yay me! and poor my buddies!
