Well day 2 back on track! I went to the gym yesterday at lunch and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then I did some arm lifting, felt GREAT!!! I also playing volleyball last night, so I used that as my 2nd exercise for the day! Did great eating for the most part, I am finally back to drinking a ton of water again, I never stopped drinking water, just wasn't drinking enough. Last night for dinner I made some spaghetti with whole wheat noodles and sauce, I know it probably isn't the best, but it is better then somethings I could have had, that is really the only thing I slipped up on, just didn't feel like making two different dinners for the family! I have to say that one slip up a day is better then what has been happening.
All in all I feel like I am doing good....just need to get to the grocery store and restock some foods!
